Venulum Wines Limited (United Kingdom) parent company of the Group's Fine Wine sales and marketing division. This division is responsible for all Venulum's Fine Wine transactions, including management of the total investment process for Venulum Clients.

Also in the Fine Wine division is direct to the consumer fine wine company Cadman Fine Wines. Since late 2004 Cadman Fine Wines has established a strong market presence and developed a sound model for selling fine wine direct in the United Kingdom market.
